Plunge Saw Dust Cover for Titan Plunge Saw
Improve your the performance of your saw’s dust collection with this custom-fit cover.
This listing is for the older Titan Plunge Saw TTB673CSW sold by Screwfix and B&Q (diy.com)
The hole in the case of your plunge saw is there to allow you to change your blade. The rest of the time 'it’s just a hole which reduces the performance of your dust collection. This stylish cover is a really good alternative to using “Gaffer Tape” and is easily removable.
There is two variant in this listing.
A plain cover in Gold
The reverse side of the cover features the clips that secure the cover to the saw and the Strawbyte logo.
Fitting is simple, locate the two clips into the back edge of the hole and press firmly. Note that the fit may be loose but it won’t fall out and it doesn’t affect the performance of the cover when you turn on dust collection. It quickly seats itself into the hole and there’s just enough ‘looseness’ to allow you to put a small screwdriver under the front edge to pop it off when you need to change the blade.
