However, the provider does not have access to your personal information unless authorised by us, and only to ensure that the website is available, to maintain data integrity, and resolve errors and faults.
3.3 Payment Service Providers & Fulfilment:
Stripe: Credit and Debit Card Payments are handled by Stripe, who are a card payment bureau. Payments are authorised in accordance with the requirements of your card issuer.
Paypal: You may choose to make payments via Paypal. This website will pass you to PayPal to authorise a payment and does not capture any personal information entered as part of the authentication or authorisation steps.
Royal Mail: Integrations within this website allow postage to be purchased from Royal Mail to enable the fulfilment of your order. In addition to your name, email address and delivery address, this website will also pass across details of your order to ensure the correct and lawful completion of customs certificates.
Etsy: For purchases made by customers within certain countries within the EU or EEA, The Strawbyte Workshop Etsy Store is used to fulfil your order and integrations within this website will pass your name, email address, delivery address and order details. This step is necessary in order to ensure VAT/GST payments are made to your country so that imported items are not subject to a VAT charge at customs. You may object to the use of this service which will result in the cancellation of your order.
Printful: For certain products within the Strawbyte Workshop store the Printful fulfilment service will be used to create and ship your selected product to your delivery address. We will pass your name, email address and shipping address to Printful, however any uploaded artwork, customisations and colour choices will be captured by their systems and not retained after fulfilment.
3.3 Legal Requirements: We may disclose your personal information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests. We will also disclose information if we believe it is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or to investigate potential fraud or security concerns.
