For the physical feet, printed in Black PETG, see: <Link Here>

Raise your BenchDog Tools Ultra MFT Workstation of a cabinet or workbench with these smart looking corner feet. While designed around the BenchDogs MFT, these feet are also compatible with any 4040 profile with a 10mm slot.

Dimensions:

  • Width: 160mm

  • Length: 160mm

  • Height: 82mm

  • Printed Weight for 4 feet (with fittings): 850-900g

The key consideration in the design of the feet was to match the bench height of a FESTOOL MFT/3 when its legs were folded and the unit situated on a cabinet or low-bench within a workshop set-up. Additionally, the design allows for the feet to remain attached to the bench with sufficient clearance for the legs to be lowered and secured without any modification to the bench.

Recommended Print Settings:

  • Filament: PETG (Recommended), PLA+

  • Perimeters: Increase to 4 (recommended),

  • Top & Bottom Layers: 4

  • Infill: 15% (Recommended for high strength & impact resistance), or 5-10% to save weight/material.
Note: 10% allows all 4 feet to be printed from a 1 kilogram of filament.

Note: ABS is not a recommended filament material unless you have experience of, and success with, large volume prints on your machines. Additionally, a closed chamber, such as those of a Bambu Labs X or P series, would be required to minimise warping on the print-bed.

Prusa i3 MK4 Print Estimates, per foot.

  • Print Time: 7 h 41m

  • Filament Use (estimate) : 266g at 15% infill, 230g @ 10% infill, 191g @ 5% infill

The STLs are supplied in the correct orientation for printing. The slot lug, should be on the top and no supports are required. Holes are printed using overhangs so some clean-up will be required post-print. A simple method is to use a 8mm twist drill bit into the hole by hand or using a hand-drill at low-speed.

Additional Components / Bill of Materials:

You will require additional fixings to attach the corner feet to your bench. Affiliate links to Amazon.co.uk are provided:

Washers are not required. Take care not to over tighten bolts.
