COVID-19, Dispatch Times and International Orders
Postal services globally have been disrupted by the COVID-19 outbreak due to the suspension of postal services in some countries and the lack of airmail capacity. Within the UK the Royal Mail have advised of disruption or the suspension of services to a number of countries. If you live in one of the countries listed below please expect a delay in your order arriving. Orders will be made ready for dispatch and placed with the Royal Mail when the suspensions are lifted for each country.
With regards to orders to the UK and countries not in the list below, these will be made-up and dispatched in batches placed with the Royal Mail on Monday and Thursday mornings. At present we’re restricted to essential travel in the United Kingdom and these are the days we are currently shopping for groceries. We continue to use 2nd Class Post to leave the First Class, Tracked and Special Delivery services for essential mail.
Thanks for your patience and if you have any questions please let me know.
